Do not book a room here! The customer service is horrible. The manager "BOB" is rude a discourteous. We had booked a room and when we found out within minutes that they didn't offer the amenities we were looking for we tried to cancel the reservation and were told that you need to cancel 24 hrs in advance. Well we needed the room for that night so how the heck can I cancel within 24 hr?? they still charged us for the room and we went to another hotel. I wouldn't ever book a room here and neither should anyone else unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

Awful place. First off, we were put in a 4th floor room without a working elevator so we had to carry four bags up a steep flight of stairs. Second, the room was sub par, everything was rickety and dated and smelled like moth balls. The bed was not comfortable and gave me a sore back and the pillows gave me a sore neck. The AC is very loud, but we couldn't afford to turn it off at night since the room became stuffy and too warm to sleep comfortably in. Next, the water park was pathetic. The pool water was disgusting, no lifeguards or lifesaving paraphernalia. The parents had to sit in a dingy nasty pool side and watch their children swim around in nasty freezing water. If I was a parent with a child who wanted to go swimming, I would want to be able to leave them for at least an hour to their own devices with a lifeguard on the lookout. The stairs leading up to our howl room was also always soaked with pool water. How dangerous is that for elderly guests, young children, and guests who have to carry their luggage up those stairs. Half the amenities don't work, ie. elevator, ice machine, etc. The front desk staff is also a hit or miss, most of them seem unfriendly and rude and less than happy to help. The connecting restaurant isn't any better. The food is subpar, service is lacklustre, and the employees are extremely rude. Oh and room service was also non-existent. You have to pay and extra 20% for each individual item on your order, talk about hidden fee. Awful place, if you're staying for two or three days it's fine, and as long as you're gonna be spending most of your time out and about. If you're staying for a week or more, invest in a fancier hotel or an inn with reputable reviews, or better yet, invest in staying at the west Edmonton hotel.

The service in the middle of the night was surprisingly excellent, however there appeared to be poop on the blanket on one of our beds. good thing we didn't need them both! The tub was dirty and stained, however the bed was comfortable and we did sleep well. breakfast was a joke
